Realserve Job Manager allows you easy access on the go from your phone, to Realserve for Quotations and Job Monitoring.
As an approved user it will allow you in real time to order and approve Quotes, monitor the progress of your approved jobs and of course provide instant feedback.
This is the next level of Realserve customer service. Download the app and submit your details to be approved to use this service. Please note this service is only available to existing customers.
Realserve Job Manager Features include:
GET A QUOTE:
Enter the property address.
Add extra information including approximate building / site areas and property type
Select the type of survey required from our list
Add special instructions and even attach a photos of the property
Submit the quote request and one of our sales managers will price the job and send you a quote by return email.
You can even approve or cancel a quote via the app.
ORDER A JOB:
Follow the same easy steps as requesting a quote….
Enter the property address.
Add extra information including approximate building / site areas and property type
Select the type of survey required from our list
Add special instructions and even attach a photos of the property
Once submitted the Job will be registered in our system and a project manager assigned.
HOME BUTTON:
As a dashboard here you can see your quotes to approve or cancel, Jobs in progress and completed jobs ready to rate.
MY JOBS:
Follow the progress of your job, via the app. By accessing the “My Jobs” tab you will be able to view all jobs you currently have active in the Realserve system. Easily view the current status of jobs and what stage of the cycle they are at.
Give feedback on jobs you have had completed. We are always trying to improve our service, and really value the feedback we receive
